The picture below was taken by the infrared James Webb Space Telescope and is of three clusters of galaxies coming together to form a megacluster. The combined mass of the galaxies creates what’s called a gravitational lens, a natural magnifying effect of gravity. This allows much more distant galaxies to be observed by using the cluster like a magnifying glass.

Though the technology has been around since the 1970s, fluid-bed roasters have become popular more recently. Here, air is first heated and then blown through the roaster. This force lifts the coffee beans, causing them to float and be roasted on a bed of heated air, which is where it gets its name from.
When using a refractometer to measure the Total Dissolved Solids in your coffee, the most important thing to ensure is that your coffee sample temperature is within 0.1℃ of the distilled water used to zero/calibrate the device.
The folks over at Decent Espresso recently shared some really interesting information on body/mouthfeel of espresso. They found that increasing the speed of pre-infusion, reducing headroom between the puck and shower screen and lastly increasing the height of the coffee puck using more tapered baskets all helped increase body.
