The cezve (or ibrik) is a a small long-handled pot with a pouring lip and is used to make Turkish coffee. Very finely ground coffee and water are brought to a boil, traditionally by placing it on scorching hot sand. It is an unfiltered brew that is drunk after letting the grounds settle to the bottom of the cup.
Ghost Burrs are flat burrs with rather unique teeth-like projections that are used to crush the beans. They work really well for coarser grind sizes but are incapable of going fine enough for espresso.
The Over Pressure Value (OPV) on an espresso machine is used to set the pressure delivered to the group-head by the pump. This is typically set to 9 bars or higher but can be changed on most machines. We highly recommend playing with lower pressures to see how it impacts your espresso.
